Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to In Blossom Collections Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided through www.inblossomcollections.com (the “Site”), operated via the Shopify platform. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to make purchases through our Site.
3. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors or devices, actual colors and textures may vary slightly. Measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing variations. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payments
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We accept payment via Shopify’s secure payment gateway, which may include credit/debit cards, PayNow, Apple Pay, or other options displayed at checkout. Prices shown by default are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include taxes (local orders) where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if items are in original condition (free from any fragrance, deodorant or scent, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact and original packaging); and the return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Sale or discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please note all forms of refunds will be issued via store credits or voucher codes which can be used to offset payments. The validity of the store credits or voucher codes will be 180 days. Each order is valid for a one-time return or exchange and items purchased with store credits or voucher codes are not eligible for further returns or exchanges. To initiate a return, contact us at info@inblossomcollections.com with your order number and reason for return. For exchange, in the event a desired size is unavailable, you may choose to exchange for another design of the same value or higher (top-up required). No refund will be given if the chosen item to be exchanged is of lower value. Please note customers will bear the shipping costs for items to be returned. We strongly encourage customers to use a trackable courier service as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For local returns, we offer a pick-up service of SGD 10 which will be deducted from the refund value of the returned items. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if it does not meet the terms as stated above.
7. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes, vouchers, and discounts are valid for one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, logos, images, graphics, videos, and product designs — is the property of In Blossom Collections Pte. Ltd. and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or products purchased. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Personal Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
