Refund policy
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags intact and original packaging.

Free from fragrance, deodorant or scent.

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Items marked as Sale, Discounted, or Promotional are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Each order is valid for a one-time return or exchange and items purchased with store credits or voucher codes are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email info@inblossomcollections.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason. Our team will review your request within 3 working days and provide the return address and instructions.
3. Refunds

All refunds are processed in store credits/voucher codes which can be used at checkout. The validity of the store credits/voucher codes will be 180 days. We do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed between 7 to 10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees or delivery chargers, custom duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

If you used a promotional code or voucher, the refund will minus the discounted value and reflect the amount paid for the item(s) or order.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for another size or color (subject to availability), we will process the replacement once your returned item has been received and approved. You may also choose to exchange for another design of the same value or higher (top-up required). No refund will be given if the chosen item to be exchanged is of lower value. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit/voucher code will be issued.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
We apologise if you received a defective or incorrect product. Please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns will be borne by the customer.

For local returns, we offer a pick-up service of SGD 10 which will be deducted from the refund value of the returned items.
