Orders & Shipping

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. During high-volume periods such as new collection launches, public holidays, or sales events, processing time may be extended by an additional 2–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the event our office is closed for the holiday season, we will process the order when we resume our operations. We will provide notice on our social media pages and on our website to inform on the temporary status. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you did not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

2. Domestic (Singapore) Shipping

We offer complimentary delivery to addresses within Singapore (excluding restricted areas such as military bases and PO Boxes) for all orders made on our website. The standard courier will take up to 3 working days. If you require the clothing to be delivered urgently for a special occasion or event, please reach out to us with your order number as soon as possible to arrange for same-day delivery. Please note customers will bear the costs for same-day delivery fees. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and unforeseen delays (e.g. weather, festive season volume, or address errors). We strongly encourage our customers to double check the shipping address and contact number at checkout to prevent delays in delivery. For failed deliveries, a re-delivery fee of SGD 10 will be imposed.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and timelines vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times range from 7–18 business days depending on country and customs clearance.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international couriers.

  • Once your parcel leaves Singapore, tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination country’s postal system.    

4. Pre-Order Items

If your order includes pre-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be stated in the product description. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped first, we suggest making separate orders so the in-stock items can be shipped first and the pre-order items will be shipped at a later date.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist before dispatch. We encourage our customers to double check the items placed on cart before checkout.
